New layout for my private book worm :-)
The other day I came to her room and saw her holding the book upside down, as if she was 2-3 years and don't know (and don't care) how to hold a book... I went to see how it looks from her side and I realized that the cover was adhered up side down... It made me laugh :-)
Zehavit challenged me to use this sketch (#101 @ Sketchabilities) to create a layout.
I used my counterfeit kit, previous layouts done from same papers:
1. 2 Dolls
2. Sail
3. Like
4. Mom, have you heard?
5. Ayun stream
Thanks for the visit...

New Layout: Mom, have you heard?

Another layout (so happy I'm able to create layouts again - life's back on the track).
Inspired by Unscripted Sketches #226, used my counterfeit kit (already created 3 other layouts: 2 dolls, sail & like).
We went hiking on a weekend (a while ago: May 27, 2012)... When we started to hear the river, I asked them to pose for me... It made them funny and I had a great picture. I have few more pictures from the same day - will try to use them soon (so color palette will be similar)
Thanks for visiting :-)

When my FIL celebrated his 70's birthday, the whole family rented a yacht for a couple of hours. We took a picture of Yaara - one of my favorite pictures ever! Finally it's time to scrap it :-)
I used my counterfeit kit (like in this layout: 2 Dolls) and I'm happy with the result...

New layout: Judoka

When Mor was in pre-school (5-6) she went to Judo classes.
These pictures were taken during regional contest - all the kids (of same age) had a shared class, experiencing for the first time training with new opponents...
The sketch was inspired by PageMaps 7th anniversary sketch, rotated cw.
I used the counterfeit kit I assembled for May...

New month, new kit, new layout: Master Chef

Are you ready for another month? I am.. :-)
A new inspiration for a kit was published @ CKC.
I decided to use the papers of one of the kits I have designed, plus few more papers:
As in previous kits, I will select the embellishments while creating the layouts...
I will try to use the same embellishments during the whole month, to challenge myself to create different layouts from same materials...
Anyway - my first layout using this kit, inspired by Stuck Sketches, May 1st sketch:
I sewed hem for a pair of pants and Yaara found the part that I cut-off and put it on her head... Immediately she went to bring her notebook and play restaurant... So... what would you like to order?
Thanks for visiting :-)
Please leave a comment... It will make me happy :-)

New layout: How to spell Tooth Fairy?

This week was pretty incredible...
On Sunday morning I went to the hospital and came back on Tuesday, with our new baby girl :-)
I haven't done anything crafty this week (who has the time?) but I want to share a layout I created the week before - and didn't have the chance to post about...
Anyway - This, again, was done with my April counterfeit kit, and it's telling a story about me playing with Mor with letter cards. I asked her how to spell words, and she wrote it. Shirt, Glasses, Earrings, etc.. For each word she wrote - she pointed on the item that was described.. I took a picture after each letter, and knew I will create something to show the progress...
The first 3 pictures are showing her writing Fairy - and she pointed on her tooth that fell (probably few days earlier).
The lower picture shows the words "Mommy & Mor" and she does heart shape with her hands :-)
I knitted crochet heart & tooth for this layout and I'm proud of them! They make me smile.
Another interesting thing I did here was to color the Hebrew letters using my glimmer mists / inks, to match the splatter :-)
Other layouts with the kit:

New Double layout: Fun after the dentist...

Double layout, using my April counterfeit kit...
Yaara had 2 cavities and had a dentist appointment to fill them up... We tried it before and she was too afraid - so this time I told her that if she'll be brave enough to have the appointment - we'll do something fun together (instead of school) - just us both...
I guess it was attractive enough, and though she was terrified - she was sitting on top of me for the whole time - but it was done...
We went by train to Tel Aviv, shopped for clothes, ate @ McDonalds and came home... Fun? :-)
If we count it as 2 layouts, it's already the 7th & 8th layouts done with this kit. Here are the other, so far:
2. Superstar
3. Mor = Doll
And close-ups:
What do you think? :-)

Another layout I created using my April counterfeit kit (I like this kit! the colors and variety of layouts I created so far using it...):
The picture was taken last year - Oren and the girls took their bicycles and rode in the parking lot...
Again, as with previous layouts, I sprayed and drifted ink all around :-)
These are the other 2 layouts created with this kit:
2. Superstar
3. Mor = Doll

New Layout: Who is a doll?
9:00 AM

This layout was inspired by a sketch I got in a multimedia message from a friend.
The layout fits the 2nd challenge of the counterfeit challenges blog: use speech bubbles. I kept thinking - what did she think about when I took the pictures... I asked her what could she think about (7 1/2 years ago LOL) and even asked my husband... but I didn't get any good idea... Eventually I decided that my husband will "speak" - Who's a doll? :-) Yaara is, of course!
4th layout using my February counterfeit kit:
1. Laughing
2. Who's the Criminal?
3. Girl in a Basket
This month also - there is a lot of satisfaction by challenging myself: creating more & more layouts using the same papers / elements and varying the style with different embellishments...
What do you think? :-)

After my success (all relative - it was a success for me) with last month's counterfeit kit (I believe it was 7 layouts) - I decided to join the challenge again...
This month the inspiration is this kit - January 2013 by ScrapTastic. You can see the details in the counterfeit kit challenge blog.
I chose cardstocks and patterned papers, but just as last time - I don't want to decide which embellishments I will use, I collect them while I scrap.
Anyway - this is the first layout I created with the kit - I hope there will be more to come, and pretty soon...
The layout also fits the next challenges:
* The Paper Girls Challenge - Challenge 24: Wood elements
* Simon Says Stamp - Anything Goes
Would like to read what you think :-)
