On April 13 I participated in "Scrap Club 02" (the Jerusalem club that meets once a month for a crop night) - It was very enjoying meeting the girls I already know and new girls as well. I always feel that it's very difficult for me to participate in events like this - I usually don't talk too much and it's hard for me to gain new friends. This night was really great. We made mini album using 4 envelopes as the base. I brought 6X6 Nursery baby boy stack by DCWV and decided to create a mini album for a baby boy. I already know who will get it, hopefully soon...
ביום רביעי, ה-13 באפריל, השתתפתי ב"מועדון סקראפ 02", היה ערב מאד מהנה - חלק מהבנות הכרתי ממפגשים קודמים וחלק פגשתי בפעם הראשונה. תמיד אני מרגישה שקשה לי במפגשים חברתיים כאלה - אני שותקת הרבה וקשה לי להתחבר וליצור חברויות (לכן הרבה פעמים אני מעדיפה לוותר על מפגשים). כמו שכבר כתבתי - הערב היה מאד מוצלח. הכנו מיני אלבומים שהבסיס נבנה מ-4 מעטפות. הבאתי חבילת דפים קטנה של DCWV של תינוקות (בנים) והחלטתי להכין אלבום תינוק - אפילו יש לי יעד מתוכנן (ואם לא ייצא לפועל - יש יעד חלופי :-))

The first envelope / page: I wanted to use the spellbinders "Play Time" dies with felt. I used a black mat for each shape I cut to create the car. I recently bought a pack of rub-ons by Leaps & Bounds (Snips & Snails) and I enjoyed using it - the little taxi is a rub on. I also created a traffic light using buttons and I added the ribbon, as the road....מעטפה / דף מספר 1: ראיתי אצל קרין תבניות חיתוך של תינוקות / ילדים / בנים והחלטתי לחתוך בהם לבד (felt). כל חלק הדבקתי על קרטון שחור, להדגיש את הבדלי הצבעים. כשהייתי בארה"ב בסוף מרץ קניתי חבילת ראב-אונים (להלן: שפשפים - תובנות ממפגש המועדון) ונורא נהניתי להשתמש בהם כאן - המונית הצהובה הקטנה היא שפשף. יצרתי גם רמזור מכפתורים צבעוניים וקרטון שחור והוספתי סרט מתאים ככביש...
The second envelope / page: Again, I started with the airplane die, added rub-ons and something was still missing. The background paper is filled with little birds, so I decided to add a big bird, again - using a button...מעטפה / דף מספר 2: שוב, התחלתי עם תבנית החיתוך של המטוס, הוספתי שפשפים מתאימים אבל הרגשתי שמשהו חסר. מכיוון שדף הרקע מכיל המון ציפורים קטנות, החלטתי ליצור ציפור גדולה, שבסיסה כפתור...
The third envelope / page: Same story (I repeat myself) - boat die, rub ons, rick rack for the waves and again: something is missing. I asked Mor (Karin's SIL - correct?? :-)) and she suggested to add the sun. It was a brilliant idea!מעטפה / דף מספר 3: שוב חוזרת על עצמי - תבנית חיתוך של סירה, שפשפים, סרט כגלי הים ושוב אותה צרה - חסר פה משהו! שאלתי את מור (גיסתה של קרין, נכון??) והיא הציעה שאוסיף שמש. רעיון גדול - והופ יש שמש!
The forth (and last) envelope / page: Rockets... rocket die, rub-ons (more rockets and stars) and than the little add-on was a felt star (Almost sure sizzix die) and a button...מעטפה / דף מספר 4: טילים... מתחיל להימאס (מזל שזה התיאור האחרון): תבנית חיתוך, שפשפים (של טילים וכוכבים) והתוספת שתמיד חסרה באה הפעם בצורת כוכב (מתוך תבנית חיתוך אחרת של קרין), ובמרכזה כפתור...
It's very strange to me that the "Play Time" shapeabilities matched perfectly the rub ons I bought! היה לי נורא מוזר שסט תבניות החיתוך של קרין התאימו לי בצורה מושלמת לחבילת השפשפים שקניתי. מוזר אבל טוב!
