New card: Happy Birthday - כרטיס חדש: יום הולדת שמח

Michal, from Scrap.co.il, saw this card and asked me to write a tutorial. I don't claim this technique as my own invention - I just translate what I read in many places.

In addition, I recently joined The Outlawz - they have weekly challenge for every day of the week, so cool! I combined these 2 things for this card. I joined a birthday card challenge which must contain birthday sentiment on the front and have angel / fairy / butterfly on it. I don't like angels & fairies, so I chose the butterflies...

מיכל, מאתר הסקראפ הישראלי, ראתה את הכרטיס הזה וביקשה ממני להכין הדרכה להכנתו. מכיוון שראיתי אי אלו גרסאות של הדבר הזה, אני לא מתיימרת להגיד שהמצאתי את הרעיון, אני רק מתרגמת אותו לעברית - כאמור, אפשר למצוא המון גרסאות.

בנוסף לבקשתה של מיכל, הצטרפתי לאחרונה לאתר עם המון אתגרים שבועיים - בכל יום מתפרסם אתגר למשך שבוע והחלטתי לשלב בין השניים. הצטרפתי לאתגר של כרטיסי יום הולדת: צריך להוסיף כיתוב שקשור ליום הולדת בחזית הכרטיס וגם לשלב מלאך / פיה / פרפר. מכיוון שאני לא חסידה של השניים הראשונים - התחברתי לפרפרים :-)

New layout: First Day of School - דף מעוצב חדש: יום ראשון ללימודים

I recently bought Sew Easy tool by We R Memory Keepers. I feel like I must try it and use it again and again. I found a "retired sketch" (last week's - 176) @ Mojo Monday and desided to give it a try... In the pictures you can see Mor on the first day of kindergarten, about 5 months ago. This is her second year in the same kindergarten, so she knows the kindergarten teacher and some of the children.

לאחרונה קניתי את המכשיר Sew Easy שמחורר את הדף עפ"י דוגמא קבועה (יש כמה "ראשים" להחלפה). אני אוהבת לנסות את הדברים החדשים שאני קונה אז חיפשתי סקיצה ומצאתי אחת משבוע שעבר. השתמשתי בתמונות של מור מהיום הראשון בגן, לפני כ-5 חודשים. זאת השנה השניה שלה בגן הזה (היתה בטרום-טרום חובה, ועכשיו היא בטרום חובה), ככה שהיא מכירה את הגננת ואפילו חלק מהילדים שגם המשיכו, כמוה...

New layout: The tooth fell - דף מעוצב חדש: השן הראשונה נפלה

This is the second layout (of double layout) for Yaara's first tooth (the first is here). I used the same papers (DCWV Spring Glitter Stack) but since there was just one main picture, I changed the composition... The little tooth-shaped box holds her tooth - when I was pregnant with Yaara and we chose furniture for her room I saw this little box and I knew that I'll buy it when it's relevant. When the first tooth started to move I bought it and waited.. and waited... and finally it fell off :-) This is a very exciting moment!

זה הדף השני (מתוך כפולה) שמוקדשת לשן הראשונה שנפלה ליערה (הדף הראשון כאן). השתמשתי באותם דפים שהשתמשתי בדף הראשון, אבל מכיוון שכאן השתמשתי רק בתמונה אחת שיניתי את הקומפוזיציה. כשהייתי בהריון עם יערה והלכנו לחפש רהיטים לחדר המיועד ראיתי את הקופסה הקטנה וידעתי שכשזה יהיה רלוונטי אני אקנה אותה... ואכן הגיע היום - כשהתחילה להתנדנד לה השן ישר רצתי לקנות. ואז חיכינו וחיכינו וחיכינו, חודשים רבים... בסוף היא נפלה :-) הרגעים הקטנים והמרגשים...

This is another layout I created on Thursday night, on Scrap Club 02. The other 2 are here and here. Every evening, on Sukkot, we ate dinner in out Sukah. Most of the evenings it was just me and the girls (Oren still at work at this hour), but that day we were all together so we started to make funny faces...

The layout also participate in Simon Says Stamp challenge - Anything but a card

דף נוסף שהכנתי ביום חמישי שעבר ב"מועדון סקראפ 02". הדפים האחרים כאן וכאן... במהלך חג הסוכות אנחנו נוהגים לאכול ארוחות ערב בסוכה שלנו. רוב הערבים אנחנו בהרכב חסר - רק אני והבנות, אורן עובד בשעות האלה. בערב הזה כולנו היינו והתחלנו לעשות שטויות ופרצופים מצחיקים.
