Again - I had the pictures I wanted to scrapbook and I was looking for the right sketch for them. This time I found it on Got Sketch - sketch #60
I twisted it clockwise 90 degrees: The papers are sonburn, Fiskars threading water punch, flower punch, blue dew drops, Imaginisce giraffe clear stamp, marvy uchida scallop circle punch.
This is my SIL's older kid (he's 14 years old) - he LOVES giraffes! (And they love him :-))

I looked for a sketch that would fit the pictures I chose and while exploring the Inspired Blueprints website - I found out sketch #14
I used: sonburn papers (except for the white cardstock), colorbox chalk ink, Fiskars threading water border punch. The flowers were taken from a greeting card I got with a swap...
These are 2 kids (out of 3) of my SIL, which will coming back from Denver, Colorado this summer and will get my scrapbook pages I make for her...

Anat sent me her June dictation / challenge:
Color challenge - create a LO using only green, orange & purple (optionally add black & white).
Color challenge - create a LO using only green, orange & purple (optionally add black & white).
Selecting the picture was the hardest part of the challenge because of the less common color combination (as a group of colors).
After I chose the picture I knew I'm going to add the tree and flower as decorative elements.
The inspiration came from a LO I saw in June 2008 issue of Scrapbook Trends.
I used:
Sonburn solid papers, DCWV patterened paper, Fiskars border punch - Threading Water, Prima flowers, the tree and the title were cut with my QuicKutz silhouette (font: rochi fun)

This is for an album I make for my SIL. Her huband did snow motorcycle trip and I thought the pictures can fit this challenge.
I used: Sunburn papers, Tim Holtz distresser tool, ribbon, dew drops & a chipboard. No journaling because it's their album and they'll write their memories when they're back.

Page Maps published a Basic Grey contest to create a LO using this sketch:
I used my SIL pictures. They were in Breckenridge (Colordao) and did snow sled.
I wasn't sure about the colors of the papers I chose (I'm an old fashioned - love blue & white combination for snow LO's) - but I love the result:Because it's a LO I created for their album - I don't journal myself, I just leave some empty lines so they can do it when they're home...
I used:
Autumn Leaves Designer printed papers
Doodlebug Expressions stitches rub ons
Scrappy Cat clear stamps Designer Flourishes
Fiskars Treading Water border punch
i used my QuicKutz Silhouette to cut the title (font: choco)
