Sheep - כבשה

ביום חמישי השתתפתי בסדנה של תפירת כבשה בסגנון טילדה אצל מלי חוט ומחט. בסדנא תפרתי את הכבשה <המתוקה> הזאת (בסוף הפוסט אפשר לראות גם את שאר הדוגמניות, רובן לא גמורות עדיין). מלי - תודה ענקית על סדנא נפלאה, הדרכה מעולה, סבלנות ומקצועיות!

On Thursday I went to a Tilda style sheep @ Mali's. This is the sheep I sewed (at the end of the post there's a pictures of most of the sheep-models from that evening). Mali - Thanks a lot, I enjoyed your patience & professional workshop!

Swan - ברבור

The other day I participated in one of Mali's workshop: sew a a swan.... It was a very nice experience, visiting her studio, meeting some great women and not carrying my sewing machine... I took a picture of my private swan and a group pictures of all the participants' swans...

לפני כ-10 ימים השתתפתי סדנא של מלי חוט ומחט במסגרת הקומונה מקום קטן ליצירה: סדנא לתפירת ברבור... היה ממש ממש נחמד, לבקר בסטודיו של מלי, לפגוש עוד נשים ולתפור בלי לסחוב את המכונה מהבית ;-)

צילמתי את הברבור שהכנתי וגם את שאר הברבורים של המשתתפות בסדנא.

מאד נהנתי!

Sewing: Marker pens roll

Last week I went to build up my confidence (or should I say: try to get my ass kicked!!) - I went to sewing workshop. Since I bought my sewing machine I sewed only few items. I know I want to sew but I have some kind of block. Anyway - I went in order to solve this issue, mostly with myself.

I sewed this roll for marker pens for my daughters (I sewed another one at home, so they both have one). It was a great experience!

New layout: Smile

I participated in Vicki Boutin's workshop (named: All Squared Up) at PACS. Vicki was very playful and nice (and talks a lot LOL) - it was a fun workshop, I used glitter & flock for the first time, but I don't think I learned anything new.

Anyway - here's my layout - which is very similar to Vicki's example:

Encaustic Painting Workshop

Last week I participated in Encaustic Painting workshop @ Vitrina Style:

It was a great experience.

At first stage we painted on 6X4 (inches) paper:

Than we moved to a bigger paper, this time it was 8X6:

And the last one was about 11.5X8.5:
