New layout: What do we shop today? - דף מעוצב חדש: מה קונים היום?

This layout was inspired by sketch #90 @ Twisted Sketches. The twist was: Frame. My main frame is for the 2 pictures, I even hang the frame on a brad, using a twine. We don't LOVE to shop for groceries and we prefer order it online (it costs more, but saves us the time and headache). Once in a while I decide that I should go to the supermarket. This time I went with Yaara - who got into the shopping cart, with all the things we bought. It was so funny so I took out my camera and she started to pose for me.... Anyway - this layout is interactive: the hanging frame is movable, hiding some kind of general shopping list. I added "Yaara" as one of the products in the list...

הדף עוצב עבור סקיצה #90, כחלק מתפקידי באתר כחברה בצוות העיצוב. האתגר הפעם היה מסגרת. המסגרת העיקרית בדף היא עבור 2 התמונות, ואפילו תליתי את המסגרת על סיכה מתפצלת באמצעות חוט. אנחנו לא ממש אוהבים ללכת לעשות קניות של מצרכי סופר והרבה פעמים מעדיפים להזמין באינטרנט ולקבל משלוח (מודעים לזה שעולה יותר, אבל חוסך לנו זמן וכאב ראש). פעם בכמה שבועות אני מחליטה לעשות מעשה וללכת... באותה הפעם הלכתי עם יערה, שנכנסה לתוך עגלת הסופר, ביחד עם המצרכים. כשהיא ראתה שאני צוחקת ושולפת מצלמה - היא מייד התחילה לחייך ולעשות לי פוזות.

יצרתי כאן דף שהוא בעצם אינטראקטיבי: המסגרת זזה ומסתירה רשימת קניות. הוספתי "יערה" כחלק מהמצרכים ברשימה (אחרת אין הסבר לכך שהיא בעגלה, לא?) :-)

New card: Happy Birthday - כרטיס חדש: יום הולדת שמח

This card is based on sketch #56 @ Tuesday Trio. The extra challenge was dots. I had many thoughts how and where to put my dots. Eventually I decided to put it as a background for the sentiment... I think the card looks better in real life - the picture is quite dark, but I couldn't improve it, sorry.

הכרטיס מבוסס על סקיצה #56 ב"שלוש בשלישי". האתגר הפעם היה נקודות. חשבתי וחשבתי איפה ואיך להשתמש בנקודות ובסוף החלטתי שהם יהיו הרקע לברכה... בד"כ אני מרוצה מהצילומים שלי, הפעם אני לא חושבת שהצילום משקף את יופי הכרטיס - התמונה יצאה כהה מדי ולא הצלחתי לשפר אותה בצורה משביעת רצון. אולי בגלל זה הוספתי תמונת תקריב שקצת יותר ממחישה את הצבעים.

New layout: Book Worm - דף מעוצב חדש: תולעת ספרים

Yaara is a book worm, since the day she was born (almost), you can see other book worm layout here. We were on a family vacation, it was almost midnight and Yaara said that she is not tired. I asked her if she want to read and she said yes. We found out that we didn't take her books, so I suggested she read mine, about the game theory... After 10 minutes of reading (and pretending it's interesting) she decided to go to sleep.

יערה, תולעת ספרים ידועה, מהיום שנולדה (פחות או יותר) - דף מעוצב נוסף שמתעד את העניין אפשר לראות כאן. היינו בחופשה משפחתית, השעה כמעט חצות ויערה טענה שהיא לא עייפה.. שאלתי אם היא רוצה לקרוא והיא ענתה שכן. מכיוון שלא ארזנו ספרי קריאה בשבילה ובשביל מור, הצעתי לה את הספר שאני קראתי, על תורת המשחקים. אחרי 10 דקות של קריאה (בהן היא טענה שהספר מעניין) היא פרשה לשנת לילה טובה...

This card is my version of this one. The motivation was to use these stamps and I liked what I saw. I still don't know when to use it or who I should give it to. It's kind of funny, creating a card without any purpose, don't you think?

קצת מוזר להודות אבל הכרטיס הזה הוא הגירסה שלי לכרטיס שמופיע כאן. רציתי להשתמש בחותמות האלה ואהבתי איך שהן נראו בכרטיס ההוא. אין לי מושג מתי להשתמש בו או למי לתת את הכרטיס הזה. משעשע אותי ליצור כרטיס בלי מטרה אמיתית ומוגדרת, מה דעתכם?

New card: Happy Birthday - כרטיס חדש: יום הולדת שמח

This card was inspired by this great scrapper. Her style is so clean and fresh! I think my card looks a little pale, but I like it. (just a thought: it could be better if I would have inked the edges of the yellow circles, which makes the big flower - What do you think?) My MIL is going to get it tonight, all the family gathers for dinner and a trip tomorrow - to celebrate her 69 birthday. Happy birthday!

ההשראה לכרטיס הגיעה מכרטיס בבלוג הזה - אני מאד אוהבת את הסגנון הנקי והרענן של היוצרת הזו! לדעתי הכרטיס שלי קצת חיוור, אבל למרות הכל חמוד :-). (אני חושבת שהיה יכול להיות מוצלח יותר עם הייתי "מלכלכת" בדיו את הקצוות של העיגולים הצהובים, שיוצרים את הפרח הגדול - מה דעתכם?) חמותי תקבל אותו הערב: כל המשפחה מתכנסת לארוחת ערב וטיול מחר לכבוד יום הולדתה ה-69. מזל טוב רותי!
