אלבום "שויץ" קטן שהכנתי לפני כמה וכמה חודשים ועד כה לא טרחתי לפרסם.... אין סיבה, נכון? ;-)

This is a mini "brag" book I created a few months ago and never published so far.... Can you think of a reason? :-)

Bookmarks - סימניות

יערה מאד אוהבת לקרוא! יש לי אפילו הוכחות: כאן, כאן וכאן.

היא רצתה "לעזור" לי לתפור משהו, והצעתי שנתפור סימניות.

מצאתי את ההדרכה הזאת והתחלנו לגזור בד (ולבד, שיתן נפח)... בזמן שחתכתי, שאלתי אותה אם היא תרצה להכין גם לחברה. היא התחילה להכין רשימה (של כל הבנות בכיתה). בסופו של דבר תפרתי (תפרנו) 9 סימניות - אחת ליערה, אחת למור ו-7 לחברות של יערה.

אגב, שלשום מור התחילה לקרוא (קמץ-פתח) והפכה אותי לגאה (אפילו יותר מהרגיל :-)) ושמחה.

Yaara loves to read! I have many proofs for this LOL: here, here & here.

She wanted to "help" me sew something, so I suggested we sew a bookmark.

I found this tutorial and we cut fabric... I asked if she wants to make to her friends also. She prepared a list... Eventually I (we) sewed 9 bookmarks (for Yaara, Mor, and 7 friends).

By the way - 2 days ago Mor started to read, which makes me very proud and happy!

New card - כרטיס חדש

את הכרטיס הזה התחלתי בזמן עבודה על כרטיס אחר - הייתי צריכה עיגול מסולסל, וחתכתי אותו מהבסיס של הכרטיס הזה. החלטתי לא להיות צפויה (מה שכל כך מתאים לי) - ולחתוך את העיגול המסולסל מהפינה של הכרטיס ולא מהמרכז.

היה לי ברור שבחור שנוצר - אשים עיגול, ומה שנשאר להחליט היה על שאר העיצוב של הכרטיס...

לקחתי 2 דפים מקולקציית ילדת האגדות והדבקתי פנינים בקו החיבור ביניהם.

לצערי התמונה הראשונה יצאה קצת מטושטשת (אבל השניה מוצלחת בעיני)...

מה אתן אומרות? :-)

I think I started creating this card while working on another one - I needed a scalloped circle, and I thought I shouldn't be predictable as always, and cut it from the middle - and I decided to cut it from the right corner...

I knew I should have a circle that pops-up from this scalloped hole I created. And now I had to think "only" of the front of the card...

I took 2 patterned papers, and put some pearls to cover the place where the papers meet.

The first picture is a little blurry - sorry...

מתלה לנייר טואלט

לאחרונה זכיתי בחברות במועדון סודות מחדר התפירה - פרס שמאד רציתי ומאד שימח אותי.

בהזדמנות זו אני רוצה להודות לכל מי שהצביע/ה עבורי ועזר/ה לי לזכות. אני מעריכה מאד את המאמצים שלכם/ן! תודה!

אחד הפרוייקטים במועדון (שנשלח גם במייל לרשומות לעדכונים עד כמה שידוע לי) היה מתלה לנייר טואלט.

האמת? קלע בול! אין לנו מקום מסודר לגלילים נוספים וזה ממש מבאס להיתקע בלי!

בקיצור, תפרתי, קצת שיניתי, קצת התאמתי, תלינו ואני **ממש** מרוצה!

Recently I won in winter competition by sewing club - I wanted to win so bad, and it made me very happy.

I would like to thank each one of you who voted for me and helped me win. I appreciate it so much! THANK YOU!

One of the projects of the club was to sew toilet paper hanger / rack (don't know how to call it). We really needed it since we don't have a specific place for extra rolls and it's not fun (at all) to get stuck without....

Anyway - I sewed, changed it according to my needs, Oren put a nail on the wall and we're both **very** pleased & happy!
